Driving Directions & Parking

I-15 Southbound

  1. Take Exit #269 (University Parkway) and veer left at the traffic signal.
  2. Proceed east on University Parkway and down the hill into Provo. Landmarks you will pass: Utah Valley University, University Mall, LaVell Edwards (football) Stadium, and the Marriott Center.
  3. After you cross 450 East, stay in the right lane and turn right into Lot 20 next to the BYU Conference Center to find parking.

I-15 Northbound

  1. Take Exit #263 (University Avenue) and proceed north on University Avenue through Provo city.
  2. Turn right on University Parkway (1650 North). Stay in the right lane and turn right into Lot 20 after you cross 450 East.

Van Shuttles

Between Tuesday and Friday, we will provide van shuttles between the BYU Conference Center and the Harris Fine Arts Center. Vans will pick up and drop off passengers near the lower south entrance of Conference Center and north of the Wilkinson Student Center. Vans will run continuously during peak times and will be on call the rest of the day. The van driver’s cell phone number is 801-360-1210. Shuttles will not operate on Monday. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the BYU Conference Center parking lot to the Harris Fine Arts Center.

Parking For Evening Events

For the evening recitals on Tuesday, August 1, and Thursday, August 3, you may park in Lot 2 east of the Museum of Art.

Parking on Monday

Parking for those attending early-bird activities on Monday night, July 31, is in Lot 26 (visitors' lot south of the J. Reuben Clark Law Building) accessible only from 900 East. Turn right on Campus Lane just after you pass the Creamery on Ninth.

Maximizing Your Visit To Provo

  • Combine workshop attendance with a summer vacation in Utah. There are many great national parks and other places to visit.
  • Do you have a son or daughter graduating from BYU? Combine attendance at the Organ Workshop with BYU’s August graduation, August 17–18, 2017.
  • If you’re coming from afar, double bundle and attend the Conference on Family History and Genealogy at BYU, July 25–28, and then the BYU Organ Workshop the following week.
